Overview
In this role you will lead the formation and growth of a dedicated data-platform tribe, focused on building and optimising a proprietary data platform. You will steer technical strategy, mentor engineers, and set engineering standards across the team. Expect to tackle scalable data challenges and drive adoption of modern graph-based data approaches. You’ll work in a hybrid London setting to deliver reliable connectivity solutions, shaping the company’s engineering culture and impact.

- Lead the tribe and recruit the team to scale the data platform
- Oversee build, optimisation and reliability of the proprietary data platform

- Proven track record of leading teams and building data platforms
- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript; familiarity with AWS and Kubernetes
