As a Lead Software Engineer at Leonardo, you will deliver high-quality real-time embedded software for critical applications and help shape technical direction. - Deliver and integrate real-time embedded software for critical applications

- Proven experience in embedded software development with a solid foundation in real-time systems
- Strong understanding of integration and requirements engineering for high-quality software
- Leadership experience with mentoring and guiding teams
- Knowledge of RTCA-DO178C or equivalent integrity frameworks
- Experience with Object Orientation; Linux/VxWorks is desirable but not mandatory
