As a Lead Software Engineer at Accenture, you will lead hands-on delivery and coach teams to build scalable digital products for diverse clients. You’ll partner with cross-functional groups to drive value, maintain high engineering standards, and shape technical direction across domains. - Several years of industry experience in one or more: Java, Typescript, Python, Go, C#, React, Angular, Vue, or Svelte
- Experience with Cloud Native technologies (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, Pulumi)
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Gitlab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, ArgoCD)
- Strong focus on Accessibility, Security, Performance and Caching
- Proven experience in leading a team and growing team members
- Willingness to travel to client sites and meet security clearance requirements (BPSS and SC, 5 years UK address history)
