Lead Software Engineer- iOS- Senior Hands On- JPM Personal Investing

Join a fintech-driven arm of J.P. Morgan, shaping the native iOS experience for Nutmeg within a fast-paced, collaborative squad. You will own features from planning to release, ensure quality through tests, and contribute to a scalable mobile platform in a dynamic investment environment. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, user-focused software that supports informed decisions for clients. • Follow an Agile SDLC to deliver features for the native iOS Nutmeg app
• Own tasks from estimation through release and post-production
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve defects with prioritisation
• Write tests and adhere to quality standards
• Coordinate bi-weekly releases and associated processes
• Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and learning
• Engage in knowledge sharing and skill-sharing sessions across the iOS team
• Propose and collaborate on technical initiatives to improve codebase and tooling
• Focus on solving core problems, not just symptoms

• Commercial experience on native iOS mobile application development
• Proficiency in Swift and Xcode
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience writing unit tests with XCTest
• MVVM + Coordinator architecture and other SOLID patterns
• Experience with iOS design best practices and core libraries (UIKit, SwiftUI, Foundation, Security, Combine)
• Experience with iOS deployment (testing, approval, App Store publishing)
• Experience with automated CI/CD processes and Bitrise
• Experience with monitoring/alerting for production apps
• Good understanding of REST APIs and Git flow
• Good communication skills within delivery teams and cross-functional collaboration
