In this role you will build a cloud-based payments platform focused on high performance and low latency. You contribute to end-to-end payment flows within a fast-growing team that supports the firm’s global expansion. You will drive innovation and operational stability, leveraging AI to automate and improve development and production processes. You collaborate across disciplines to deliver trusted technology that enables scalable payment solutions and business growth.
Responsibilities- Design, implement, and troubleshoot software solutions for production systems
- Develop secure, high-quality production code and review peers' code
- Leverage AI to enhance development and automation across the lifecycle
- Automate recurring issues and optimize remediation efforts
- Lead architectural design evaluation sessions with internal teams
- Promote and lead communities of practice in software engineering
- Foster an inclusive, diverse team culture that supports growth
- Hands-on coding with a proven track record
- Experience applying AI to development
- Experience delivering system design, development, testing, and operations
- Advanced proficiency in Java (or another language)
- Automation and CI/CD capabilities
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, resiliency, and security
- Experience with cloud-native environments and relevant technical disciplines
