Responsibilities- Execute creative software solutions and handle design, development, and debugging
- Lead AI-driven daily tasks and approach
- Design and develop real-time trading platforms using Java
- Tackle large-scale engineering challenges with Kafka
- Optimize for performance, reliability, and low latency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
- Oversee SDLC activities and ensure operational stability
- Promote CI/CD, resiliency, and security practices
- GenAI usage expertise
- AI-first approach to software engineering
- Understanding of Prime Finance business, especially Securities Lending
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts
- Experience developing event-driven and batch Java applications in financial services
- Proficiency in Java/Spring, data structures, and performance tuning
- Solid experience with Kafka
- Testing and debugging low latency applications
- Hands-on experience in system design, development, testing, and stability
- Proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle
- Advanced understanding of CI/CD, resiliency, and security
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
