Lead Software Engineer - Java, AWS

In this role, you lead a team of technologists to deliver next‑generation authentication and authorization solutions. You will modernize IAM platforms across channels, evaluate both internal and vendor solutions, and integrate biometric and anti‑fraud capabilities. You work with global teams to ship secure, high‑quality outcomes that support clients worldwide. • Lead and mentor a team to deliver innovative IAM solutions.
• Modernize authentication and authorization platforms across multiple channels and domains.
• Evaluate and prototype internal and vendor authentication solutions.
• Integrate anti-fraud and biometric authentication into customer‑facing applications.
• Utilize APIs and SDKs for niche and open standards.
• Drive quality and efficiency throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Set and model high technical standards for the team.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to achieve goals.

• Ability to lead and guide a small team to deliver innovative solutions.
• Understanding of application and data architecture disciplines.

• Experience with authentication and modern authentication practices (OAuth2/OpenID Connect, SAML, Facebook Login, Google Sign‑In).
• Proficiency in one or more general‑purpose programming languages; Java strongly preferred.
• Cloud‑native experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Flexibility to work across disparate technology stacks and applications.
