Overview

In this role you will own end-to-end engineering deliverables for the Research Platform, shaping scalable, cloud-native solutions. You will work with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technology, while promoting best practices and a fast-moving, agentic SDLC. You’ll mentor engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning within a product-focused environment. You’ll influence the tech strategy, evaluating new tools to strengthen the stack and support the firm’s research initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and own end-to-end deliverables across the Research Platform
  • Architect and design platform-first solutions balancing multiple stakeholders
  • Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
  • Champion engineering best practices and evolve our agentic SDLC
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation
  • Operate with a product-first mindset to execute effectively
  • Contribute to the evolution of the team's technology strategy and evaluate emerging tools and frameworks
Key requirements
  • Proven end-to-end ownership of complex multi-team deliverables
  • Hands-on experience across the full stack and willingness to learn what is needed
  • Experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Experience in architecting scalable and resilient applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and independent technical leadership
