Lead Software Engineer - Java & AWS (Hybrid)

The Very Group is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for an initial 6-month contract (Inside IR35). The role is based onsite at our Speke HQ, working in FS squads to deliver secure, scalable software.

You will provide technical leadership across squads, mentor engineers, shape architecture, standards, and roadmaps, and drive DevSecOps practices to ensure production-ready solutions and continuous improvements.
