Responsibilities- Develop secure, high-quality production code and perform code reviews
- Solve complex engineering problems and troubleshoot issues
- Automate remediation of recurring problems and optimize performance
- Lead vendor evaluations and collaboration with internal teams
- Assess architectural designs and technical credentials to drive outcomes
- Lead communities of practice across Software Engineering
- Promote adoption of new technologies and practices
- Foster a culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect
- Hands-on experience building enterprise, high-availability software solutions
- Experience delivering system design, development, testing, and operational stability
- Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, React JS, Python, etc.)
- Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security
- Experience with cloud, AI/ML, mobile, or related technical disciplines
