Lead Software Engineer — Own Tech Vision & Equity

Bite Engineering is building a data-driven platform to help general contractors price risks more accurately. You will own engineering end-to-end, set the technical direction, and lead a small team while remaining hands-on in code.

We ship on a Python backend and a React/TypeScript frontend, with Azure hosting. We hire for engineering judgement, not domain knowledge, and you’ll collaborate closely with the CTO to scale the product and culture.
