BroadbandUK in London is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to guide the technical direction of our platform and mentor a growing engineering team in Canary Wharf. You will shape architecture, balance scalability with speed, and build AI-powered products using Laravel, React, Python and AWS.

You’ll work on retrieval and agentic AI systems, leverage datasets from Ofcom and Openreach, and help transition BroadbandUK into an AI-first company.
