Lead Software Engineer, Regulatory Reporting & Automation

Clear Street is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for the Regulatory Reporting Engineering team in the UK. You will automate regulatory processes, design scalable data solutions and lead technical work across Compliance, Finance and Treasury.

You will mentor team members, perform hands-on design and development, and drive best practices in Python, SQL and data warehouse tooling in a fast-paced finance environment.
