- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team with architectural guidance
- Lead technology assessment and design decisions for new products/features
- Design and implement cloud-based solutions on AWS/Azure with scalable data capabilities
- Collaborate with product, design, quality, and manufacturing for successful launches
- Lead AI integration: identify use cases and translate goals into actionable tasks
- Prototype and test solutions, establish performance benchmarks
- Resolve complex technical issues during development and production
- Hands-on work in Cloud Data Engineering, Analytics and ML
- 10+ years in data engineering, data warehousing, analytics or related roles
- Strong Snowflake architecture and AWS services expertise
- Experience leading distributed or remote engineering teams
- Proficiency in Python and enterprise data warehouse design
- Proven ETL pipeline development with SQL, Python and dbt
- Experience with AI development tools and AI agent frameworks
- CI/CD pipeline design across AWS and Azure
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality controls
- Strong communication for partner engagement and cross-functional collaboration
