Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end Solution Architecture for branch transformation • Shepherd projects through enterprise triage and gating processes • Build consensus across implementation teams without direct authority • Create architectural diagrams and solution documents effectively • Mentor junior architects while maintaining standards
Requirements: • 10+ years in technology, with 5+ in Solution Architecture • Deep experience as a generalist/integration architect • Hands-on architectural experience with AWS • Proven ability to present to Architecture Review Boards • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
