Lead Solutions Architect

As a Lead Solutions Architect, you will lead deployment of containerized Celonis solutions for enterprise customers. You’ll act as the primary technical liaison, translating customer requirements into successful on-premise and cloud deployments. You’ll drive secure, scalable integrations, user management, and adoption across client environments. This role sits at the intersection of architecture, delivery, and customer enablement, shaping how Celonis delivers value at scale. You’ll join a mission-driven team focused on enabling real-time process insights and action at customers.

• Lead technical delivery and onboarding of Celonis for large enterprise clients
• Analyze customer architecture, recommend optimal deployment solutions, and manage technical expectations
• Remove technical obstacles to maximize user adoption and clarify risks/tradeoffs
• Promote reusability by balancing bespoke solutions with platform enhancements with product teams
• Establish real-time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis via APIs and internal tools
• Guide authentication, user/group provisioning, and best practices to enable smooth access
• Serve as the technical point of contact for customers and stakeholders during deployment

• 7+ years of experience; at least 3 years deploying and managing containerized apps on Kubernetes
• Advanced knowledge of at least one Kubernetes distribution (e.g., EKS, AKS, OpenShift)
• Eligibility for UK Security Check clearance (SC) or existing clearance is advantageous
• Experience deploying, scaling, and maintaining HA, secure, resilient Kubernetes-based apps
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform); Helm or Kustomize preferred
• Fluency with tools like ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible; cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) a plus
• Experience with REST/SOAP API management, data ingestion/streaming (Kafka), SSO, LDAP, IT security, Agile methodologies
• Experience with Python, SQL, data pipelines/ETL for large data sets is a plus
• Knowledge of security and compliance for enterprise apps
