Lead Solutions Architect & Development Lead

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• We have experience leading software engineering teams and designing enterprise-scale solutions.
• We have strong technical expertise in C#/.NET and/or Python.
• We have experience with REST API development.
• We have experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
• We have experience with Power BI.
• We have experience with React or modern JavaScript frameworks.
• We have experience with Agile delivery and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Proclaim, Cloudflare or low-code automation platforms would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Responsibilities:

• We lead the design of enterprise-wide software architecture and technical solutions.
• We develop and maintain business-critical applications using C#/.NET, Python, SQL and React.
• We design and build REST APIs and integrations with third-party systems, including our Case Management System.
• We oversee Microsoft SQL Server environments, T-SQL development and Power BI reporting.
• We lead, mentor and develop the MI & Application Development team using Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps.
• We work with senior business leaders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
