Lead Site Reliability Engineer - Tech for Good (SRE, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Monitoring)

Remote First with Quarterly Office Visits (London)

Oliver Bernard are working with a Tech for Good business who are looking to hire an established Lead Site Reliability Engineer to help build out their SRE function and drive reliability, automation and best practices across their technology estate.

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end projects, champion engineering best practices and play a key role in upskilling and coaching the wider team. This is an opportunity to make a real impact within a purpose-driven business, helping teams build and operate reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure.

Must have experience includes:

• Proven experience as a Lead SRE, leading the technical roadmap and driving projects end-to-end
• Containerisation / Orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• History of CI/CD experience, ideally with GitHub Actions
• Monitoring and observability experience, ideally using Datadog (experience with Prometheus and / or Grafana will also be considered )

This opportunity can offer £90-100K, plus benefits, for the right profile.
