Lead Structurer, Trade & Working Capital Solutions

Lloyds Banking Group in London is seeking an Associate Director to join the Structuring team within Transaction Banking Solutions, supporting complex trade and working capital solutions for corporate clients. You will work with coverage, sales, product, operations, and risk to deliver structured transactions from structuring through execution.

You will lead due diligence, financial modelling and credit discussions, coordinating approval and ensuring operational readiness. Hybrid working applies.
