OpenText is hiring a Lead Systems Administrator for its Corporate Technology Platform Engineering team. This senior role supports and evolves global enterprise infrastructure and mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory.
  • Build, deploy, and patch Windows servers.
  • Provide tier-3 on-call support for production systems as required.
  • Design and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Administer and support enterprise platforms, with a focus on reliability and availability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Senior Systems Administrator in a medium-to-large-scale environment.
  • Expertise administering Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file servers.
  • Experience with centralized configuration and patch management tools such as Configuration Manager.
  • PowerShell scripting experience for automation or user management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange in a hybrid environment, Microsoft Copilot, DLP, and Purview.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform, VMware, or Hyper-V is valued.

Compensation

Salary range: $92,320–$138,480 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including education, experience, skills, and location.
