Overview

As Lead Systems Analysis Engineer, you will guide electrohydraulic and electromechanical developments from concept to testing, driving technical strategy and cross-functional collaboration. You will shape verification and validation plans, lead integration efforts with customers, and mentor junior engineers. This role focuses on delivering robust models, analyses, and solutions that enable growth in motorsport and high-performance platforms. You will work in a performance-driven environment that values engineering judgment and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead functional analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition to translate requirements into component specs
  • Communicate design requirements clearly to the project team
  • Plan and define Verification and Validation strategies for product and system development
  • Lead system or subsystem integration and testing with customers, including anomaly investigations
  • Apply magnetic analysis, CFD, and FEA knowledge as part of engineering work
  • Create concise reports detailing design decisions and analysis results
  • Engage with customers for new business opportunities using model-based design
  • Develop and maintain models and simulation tools to support growth and prototyping
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers

Key requirements
  • Bachelor in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or Systems Engineering; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive engineering experience
  • Expertise in performance analysis in Simulink, V&V, subsystem integration, and technical leadership
  • Expertise in hydraulic systems and classical control theory
  • Experience in developing simulation and sizing tools
  • Proven ability to conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink
  • Strong relationship building, planning and organizing, and customer focus
  • Familiarity with servovalve design preferred
