The Sutton Trust in London is seeking an Employability Programmes Manager to lead the design, planning and delivery of the new Tech and Digital Pathways to the Professions programme launching Sep 2027, alongside managing existing employability initiatives.

You will work with cross‑organisational teams, manage budgets, nurture industry partnerships and ensure safeguarding, GDPR and risk controls are embedded across all activities.
