Lead Technical Services for Trophy Estate Operations

Colliers UK seeks an experienced Technical Services Manager to join the Berkeley Square Estate team in Mayfair. You will lead technical service delivery across landmark assets, overseeing maintenance, lifecycle planning and capital renewal programmes while guiding building management teams.

You will work with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure compliant, sustainable operations, drive Net Zero initiatives and maintain high service standards.
