As a Senior Test Engineer , you'll lead quality assurance across complex change spanning Salesforce, MuleSoft integrations and enterprise data flows. You'll shape quality engineering standards, drive automation-first testing and provide objective assurance that solutions are secure, resilient and fit for purpose. You'll make a visible impact, influence platform evolution and help shape what comes next.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Lead risk-based quality assurance across Salesforce, MuleSoft and enterprise data initiatives.
• Drive automation-first testing using Copado Robotic Testing to strengthen regression coverage and delivery confidence.
• Embed quality throughout Agile delivery by partnering with product owners, architects, engineers and analysts.
• Provide evidence-based quality reporting, release-readiness recommendations and clear residual-risk assessments.
• Mentor Test Engineers and promote reusable standards, patterns and continuous improvement across teams.
• Help protect customer and colleague outcomes by ensuring solutions are functional, secure, resilient and fit for purpose.

You'll work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Software Engineers, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Operations and Business Testers, seeing how your work contributes to meaningful outcomes.

The tools helping us shape what’s next:

• Quality Engineering - Copado Robotic Testing, automated regression and quality gates.
• Enterprise Platforms - Salesforce, MuleSoft and enterprise data technologies.
• Integration & APIs - REST, SOAP, event-driven interfaces and end-to-end testing.
• Engineering Tooling - Git, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, logs, monitoring and diagnostics.

• Strong hands-on quality engineering experience assuring complex, integrated enterprise solutions.
• Proven leadership of risk-based test strategy, planning, estimation, execution, defect management and quality reporting.
• Advanced experience with test automation, ideally Copado Robotic Testing, and integration with CI/CD quality gates.
• Strong experience testing Salesforce solutions, MuleSoft integrations, APIs, data flows and distributed systems.
• Ability to provide clear, evidence-based release recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Useful, but not essential

• Relevant test certification, such as ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst, Technical Test Analyst or Test Manager.
• Copado Robotic Testing accreditation, badge or equivalent implementation experience.
• Relevant Salesforce certification or practical experience across Sales, Service or Financial Services Cloud.
• MuleSoft qualification or practical experience with MUnit, Anypoint Platform, API Manager or CloudHub.
• Experience in fintech, consumer lending, cards or retail banking technology within a regulated environment.
