Lead Test Engineer - Automation & QA Leader (Public Sector)

Kainos is seeking a Lead Test Engineer (Consultant) to provide technical leadership in software testing within a multi-skilled agile team in the public sector. You will shape testing strategy, design automated and manual tests, and ensure overall quality for promotion to users.

You will coach a small team, manage performance, interact with customers, and mentor colleagues while continually exploring new QA tools and approaches to keep our testing practices at the cutting edge.
