Lead, Transaction Tax & M&A Advisory

BDO Canada is seeking a Manager to join our Transaction Tax Services team, with flexibility to be based in offices across Canada, including Montreal. The role focuses on leading tax due diligence for M&A, designing tax-efficient structures, and mentoring staff across the country.

You will work with partners and clients to mitigate tax exposures, develop private equity fund structures, and help drive business development in a dynamic national practice. English proficiency is essential.
