Lead Transport Solutions Design & Tender

Culina Group is seeking a Solutions Development Manager to lead the solution design of tender responses and craft commercially competitive transport solutions. You will communicate with customers through tender stages and coordinate bid responses across regions.

Based at any Great Bear depot in the Midlands or North, with travel required. The role carries a 40-hour week, Mon-Fri, and involves planning, financial modelling, and collaboration with operations, regional directors, and finance teams.
