Lead UX Researcher — Flexible, Evidence-Led Design

Taylor & Francis, part of Informa, is seeking a Lead UX Researcher to advance our product design practice across digital platforms. You’ll lead qualitative and mixed-methods research, work with product teams, and shape evidence-led decisions.

You’ll run generative studies, usability tests, synthesize insights, and mentor designers. This UK-based role requires creating ethical research practices and collaborating across Design, Product and Engineering.
