Lead UX Researcher — Strategy, Multiteam Insight & AI

Cox Enterprises is seeking a Lead User Researcher to set research strategies and guide programs across multiple products. You will drive standards, coordinate multi-team initiatives, and shape long-term product direction with advanced UXR methods and agentic AI techniques.

You will develop portfolio-level roadmaps, supervise persona and journey work, and partner with Research Operations to enable scalable, high-quality research processes. Travel may be required for portfolio alignment.
