Lead Web Engineer - Own Our Core Internal Platform

Nteractive is seeking a Lead Web Developer to take ownership of Hive, our in-house operations platform, and steer its growth. You will design backend logic, build new features, and own deployments, collaborating with stakeholders across operations, finance, HR and delivery teams.

We’re looking for a senior/lead developer who can set technical direction, ensure scalability, and mentor colleagues as the team grows. This is a hybrid role with opportunities to shape architecture and tooling.
