Overview

Join DRW’s Leadership Rotation Network, a yearlong program developing middle/back‑office professionals. You begin with immersive onboarding to solidify market fundamentals, then rotate through up to three middle/back-office teams to gain breadth and build the LRN community. Successful completion leads to a post‑LRN role aligned with business needs. This is a junior, non‑trading path focused on learning, collaboration, and delivering value across teams. You will contribute to process improvement and cross‑functional projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Complete onboarding and participate in rotations through middle/back‑office teams
  • Deliver tangible value during rotations by applying knowledge and skills
  • Collaborate effectively within diverse teams and build relationships
  • Lead projects and participate in daily processes to understand team scope
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of how trading functions work together
Key requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field with graduation between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027
  • Desire to learn, curiosity, integrity, and ability to deliver results independently or in a team
  • Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills; ability to learn quickly and act with urgency
  • Ability to work independently while building relationships across business groups
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with large structured data sets
  • Foundational knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar data tools, with willingness to deepen on the job
  • Ability to use AI‑enabled tools to accelerate analysis and improve workflows
  • Judgment in validating AI outputs, protecting confidential information, and documenting assumptions
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to reconcile data across systems
  • Interest in automation, process improvement, and using technology to reduce manual effort and risk
  • UK work authorization without sponsorship in the future
  • Interest in trading/technology industry and desire to build a career in middle/back‑office
  • Willingness to live and work in London (on‑site)
  • Prior internship in middle/back‑office roles a plus (no full‑time experience)
