Learning & Development Lead — Hybrid (2 Office / 3 Remote)

Ceredigion County Council in Aberaeron is seeking a role within the North and Mid Wales Trunk Road Agent (NMWTRA). You will work with the Business Development and Support Manager to coordinate training requirements and manage the training database.

The role focuses on developing our people by managing learning and development programmes, supporting recruitment, overseeing training budgets and providers, and ensuring staff maintain the skills, qualifications and competencies needed to succeed.
