Learning Management System Analyst

Configure learning systems and analyze data as a Learning and Development Analyst with PCL Constructors Inc. in Edmonton, Alberta (Corporate). This six-month contract may extend.

Support PCL’s learning infrastructure through LMS administration, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. The position suits an analytical, detail-oriented professional with experience in learning systems, Power BI, and advanced Excel. You will help enable scalable learning experiences across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and optimize automated LMS learning assignments
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot LMS administrator issues
• Partner with stakeholders on learner and business needs
• Coordinate configurations, upgrades, and resolutions with Cornerstone
• Deliver LMS training for administrators, managers, and learners

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Three to five years in learning or HR systems
• Strong understanding of learning management systems and records management
• Advanced Excel skills for analysis, validation, and reporting
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
