Learning Management System Specialist

Lead learning management system administration at Providence Care Hospital, using LMS expertise and eLearning development skills. This is temporary full-time work for up to 12 months.

The Learning Specialist oversees and administers the organizational LMS at Providence Care Hospital. The position manages users, organizations, reporting, troubleshooting, course communication, and recognition programs. It also supports eLearning development, learning events, and performance learning planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead organizational learning management system development and administration
• Maintain registration, delivery, scheduling, and learner activity tracking
• Develop eLearning courses and complete quality assurance testing
• Prepare subject matter expert materials for LMS deployment
• Administer bursaries, milestones, and achievement awards

Requirements:

• Related university degree or equivalent education and recent experience
• Minimum three years of recent related experience
• Learning management system and third-party provider experience
• Advanced eLearning content development experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Articulate Storyline
