Learning Solutions Architect Toronto

Design learning strategies in Toronto as a Learning Solutions Architect, applying performance consulting and stakeholder management in a hybrid, four-day office model.

This 14-month contract supports Branch Banking colleague capabilities and reports to the Senior Manager, Learning Solutions Architect. You will develop learning solutions, execute roadmaps, and coordinate communication, reporting, and documentation. The work combines strategic planning, change management, project management, collaboration, and advanced written and verbal communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders, HR partners, and learning leads
• Conduct needs analysis and diagnose capability development gaps
• Develop learning strategies, plans, business cases, and roadmaps
• Advise stakeholders on learning modalities and rollout plans
• Report progress and manage learning strategy escalations

Requirements:

• Eight to ten years of overall experience
• University degree required
• Learning consultation, solutions, onboarding, and compliance experience
• Performance consulting and adult learning knowledge
• Advanced stakeholder, negotiation, planning, and communication skills
