Procom is seeking a Learning Solutions Architect for a banking client’s 13-month contract. The position develops innovative solutions aligned with business needs and enterprise strategy. You will lead end-to-end creation, execution, and documentation while balancing operating models with program structures. Relationship management and strategic thinking are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders strategically
• Conduct performance consulting and learning needs analysis
• Develop long-term learning strategies, plans, and roadmaps
• Build business cases and define learning rollout plans
• Manage escalations and external learning partner relationships

Requirements:
