Immigration Paralegal

On-Site | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $50,000–$55,000/year | Fort Lauderdale, FL

About the Role Youll be the in-office paralegal on our immigration team, working side by side with our attorneys on investor visas (E-2 and EB-5), family-based petitions, and nonimmigrant visa applications. Your days are spent building petitions, collecting documents from clients, and making sure every paper filing leaves our office complete and on time.

Build immigration petitions and supporting evidence packages for attorney review
Request and review documents from clients, and follow up until the file is complete
Draft cover letters, client correspondence, affidavits, and government forms
Give clients clear, plain-language updates on where their case stands
Support the immigration team with scheduling and day-to-day case administration
1+ year of paralegal or legal support experience
~ In immigration, one missing signature can get a filing rejected.
~ Clear, professional writing and phone manner
~ Able to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, Monday through Friday

1+ year of immigration paralegal experience, especially investor visas or family-based petitions
~ Bachelors degree
~ Experience with electronic case management software
~ Bilingual

Compensation $50,000–$55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, and paid sick days.
