Telaré Law is a dedicated legal firm committed to providing exceptional client care and representation. We are looking for a compassionate and organized Case Manager to join our growing team in Bend, OR.
The Case Manager will play a key role in supporting our legal team by managing client cases from intake through resolution. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. This is a fully remote position that requires professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to delivering exceptional client support.
Manage and monitor active client cases, ensuring timely follow-up and progress
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns
Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, medical providers, and other parties
Assist attorneys in gathering records, evidence, and relevant case materials
Ensure compliance with deadlines and legal procedures

Bachelors degree preferred
~1–3 years of experience in a legal, medical, or case management setting preferred
~ Strong organizational and time management skills
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; experience with case management software preferred
~ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
