As Manager, Legal Knowledge Engineering, you will guide Associates and collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams. You will help shape Kira and other Litera legal technology products. The work focuses on extracting meaningful insights from legal documents through reliable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide Legal Knowledge Engineering Associates across product development work
  • Set vision for Kira products and new features
  • Create prompts for accurate document information extraction
  • Design, conduct, and analyze robust AI testing
  • Identify legal domain opportunities and process improvements

Requirements:

  • Four or more years practicing transactional law
  • Hands-on experience prompting, training, or building AI products
  • Juris Doctor and admission to a state or provincial bar
  • Strong interest in legal technology and artificial intelligence
  • Excellent written, verbal, and client service skills
