LendDirect Branch Manager Kitchener

Lead LendDirect branch growth in Kitchener through customer service, sales, and hands-on team leadership. This full-time role follows Monday-to-Friday hours.

As Branch Manager, you will guide customers through consumer finance services while setting branch standards. You will manage loan processes, delinquent accounts, daily operations, and team development. The role combines relationship building, performance management, scheduling, payroll, expenses, and recruitment partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement marketing plans and build business relationships
• Oversee new and refinanced loans for compliant service
• Manage delinquent accounts with urgency
• Coach teams and develop employee careers
• Handle scheduling, payroll, and branch expenses

Requirements:

• One to two years of leadership or management experience
• Customer guidance and support experience
• One to two years in consumer finance preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
