Libro Connect Financial Services Specialist

Libro Connect Specialists use lending expertise and advice-based selling to support Members through a call-centre environment with scheduled shifts.

At Libro Credit Union, this full-time specialist supports Members’ financial well-being and long-term relationships. The work includes personal lending, holistic conversations, referrals, and collaboration with sales teams. Prosperity Planner, budgeting tools, credit knowledge, and risk awareness support each interaction. The vacancy is within the Libro Connect call-centre team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal lending solutions, including loans, mortgages, and lines of credit
• Apply advice-based selling across calls, email, and text interactions
• Use Prosperity Planner and budgeting tools during holistic conversations
• Refer complex needs to Lending, Investment, or Business Coaches
• Meet compliance expectations and make smart risk decisions

Requirements:

• Two to three years’ financial institution experience
• Sales, cross-selling, and customer service experience
• Virtual Call Centre experience strongly preferred
• Lending experience with strong credit and risk understanding
• Accountability, courage, high performance, and inclusive mindset
