Licensed Loan Officer

To create a meaningful lending experience, the full-time or part-time State Licensed Loan Officer will originate mortgage loans, educate borrowers on loan products, and manage the loan pipeline while working remotely across the United States. Key responsibilities Communicate with prospective borrowers to explain the loan application and approval process Educate clients on loan products by analyzing their financial objectives and pre-qualifying them Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead conversions while ensuring a positive brand experience Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Knowledge of mortgage products, systems, and compliance Active National (NMLS) and applicable state mortgage licenses or eligibility to obtain them after hire 1+ years of experience as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator Strong customer service and communication skills
