Role Overview

We're looking for a motivated Licensed Mortgage Associate to join our expanding team in Calgary, Alberta.

Key Responsibilities

• Help clients select suitable mortgage products
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications
• Negotiate loan terms with lenders
• Conduct financial analysis and verify loan details
• Build and maintain strong client and lender relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage origination, financial analysis, or loan processing
• Knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and lending guidelines
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with mortgage and financial software
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
• Licensed Mortgage Associate with the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA)
• Experience in financial services or real estate is an asset
