Licensing & Data Administrator – Hybrid, Global Brands

Paladone is seeking a proactive Licensing Administrator to join the Shoreham-by-Sea team on a hybrid basis. You will manage SharePoint folders, track product approvals and licensing records, and support onboarding with sample handling and documentation across departments.

You’ll regularly collect products from the on-site warehouse, photograph packaging for licensor submissions and prepare samples for shipment to licensors worldwide, ensuring accurate, up-to-date records and smooth processing.
