Lifecycle Communications Architect — Freelance

Canvas8 Ltd is seeking a lifecycle communications specialist to shape and write every member message across onboarding, activation, renewal and win-back within the Canvas8 Membership Platform. You will craft the messaging framework, tone and cadence for behaviour-triggered sequences and collaborate with the lifecycle and PostHog experts to align on segments and journeys.

This is a craft-led, freelance role (2 days/week, 2–3 months) with hybrid London or remote options.
