Linux Automation Specialist

Overview
In this role you will strengthen and scale a high-performance trading platform by embracing automation and robust Linux infrastructure. You’ll work with cross-functional technologists to improve uptime, reliability, and efficiency across trading and internal systems. You’ll evaluate new tech and standardize tooling to reduce manual tasks, enabling rapid, dependable deployment of proprietary trading components. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your contributions directly impact market-facing systems.
Responsibilities- Enhance platforms enabling collaboration between teams and infrastructure
- Automate complex processes across multiple systems, including non-API ones
- Set standards to improve efficiency and promote reuse
- Evaluate new technologies and methodologies for relevance
- Maintain and support existing infrastructure and tooling aligned with objectives
- Provide support for internal and trading systems
- Strong STEM background, ideally Computer Science
- Deep knowledge of Linux and command-line proficiency
- Scripting experience on the shell
- Understanding of networking protocols, dynamic routing, and storage
- Excellent Python programming skills
