Overview

In this role you will shape and maintain a predominantly Linux-based infrastructure, spanning baremetal to HPC environments. You will work within the core Infrastructure team to design scalable systems, automate deployment, and drive reliable operations across thousands of hosts. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, craft tools and documentation, and tackle complex networking and storage challenges. This is a growth-focused opportunity at a company prioritising technical excellence and collaboration, with a strong emphasis on automation and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Architect major engineering decisions for Linux-based infrastructure
  • Design scalable configurations for large-scale environments
  • Automate deployment systems and pipelines
  • Develop tools to manage thousands of hosts
  • Address storage, DNS, and configuration management challenges
  • Maintain thorough documentation and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Collaborate with other technical teams on infrastructure initiatives
Key requirements
  • Deep understanding of Linux
