In this role you help build and operate a high‑performance Linux-based trading platform within a globally recognized quant trading environment. You will join a skilled team to automate, harden, and scale infrastructure that powers complex trading systems. You’ll lead infrastructure initiatives and collaborate across teams to deliver reliable, low‑latency services. Responsibilities- Lead and contribute to the infrastructure and Linux/Unix environment for trading systems
- Drive automation and platform improvements to reduce human error
- Support and shape the trading infrastructure in collaboration with cross‑functional teams
- Oversee or contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Ensure reliable network and time synchronization (TCP/IP, NTP, PTP) within a fast‑paced environment
- 5 years hands‑on Linux/Unix administration (RHEL/CentOS/OEL preferred)
- 3+ years leading a technology/infrastructure team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Relentless customer service orientation
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem‑solving skills
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tools
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, multicast, tcpdump, clocking (PTP, NTP)
