Overview
In this role you will provide high-level technical and functional support for our trading-focused infrastructure. You will join the Support team, collaborating with sales and engineering to ensure reliability of the Execution Management System. You will respond to infrastructure and network inquiries, diagnose server issues, and automate deployments across global data centers. This opportunity sits at the intersection of fintech scale and mission-critical systems, offering growth, training, and occasional travel.

- Respond to infrastructure and network inquiries from clients
- Troubleshoot server issues and network connectivity for customers
- Improve documentation of support policies and procedures
- Analyze server failures and implement preventive solutions
- Automate server deployment
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain globally distributed datacentre infrastructure
- STEM degree
- 2+ years’ experience supporting mission critical infrastructure
- Red Hat Linux Certification or equivalent
- comfort with the command line
- Hardware setup and maintenance experience
- Some networking experience (ideally CCNA)
