In this role you will support mission-critical trading infrastructure, collaborating with global teams to ensure reliable, scalable systems. Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt technical and infrastructure support to clients
  • Resolve server issues and network connectivity problems for customers
  • Improve and document support policies and procedures
  • Analyze server failures and implement preventive solutions
  • Automate server deployment and configuration
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain globally distributed data centre infrastructure
Key requirements
  • 4+ years of experience supporting mission-critical infrastructure
  • STEM degree
  • Red Hat Linux Certification or equivalent
  • comfortable on the command line
  • hardware setup and maintenance experience
  • some networking experience (CCNA ideally)
  • Virtualisation experience (VMware)
