In this role you will support mission-critical trading infrastructure, collaborating with global teams to ensure reliable, scalable systems. You will work on diagnosing issues, automating deployments, and maintaining distributed data centres that power buy/sell side trading platforms. - Provide prompt technical and infrastructure support to clients
- Resolve server issues and network connectivity problems for customers
- Improve and document support policies and procedures
- Analyze server failures and implement preventive solutions
- Automate server deployment and configuration
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain globally distributed data centre infrastructure
- 4+ years of experience supporting mission-critical infrastructure
- STEM degree
- Red Hat Linux Certification or equivalent
- comfortable on the command line
- hardware setup and maintenance experience
- some networking experience (CCNA ideally)
- Virtualisation experience (VMware)
